How it works
Why Seokla
Every finding says what it means for your visitors and what to do next. Terms are explained where they appear.
Where a limit comes from Google, we say so. Where a mark is our own guide, it is labelled as Seokla’s. No score here is a promise of rankings.
Timings are measured on real requests, from our server and from test servers in other cities. Field data comes from Google’s Chrome UX Report.
We don’t keep a list of the addresses you check and don’t save the reports. A report exists only in your browser.
Questions
Yes. There is no paid plan and no sign-up. Each tool can be used 2 times a day per visitor; the count starts again at midnight. The limit keeps the service free for everyone.
It is the name our checks use when they request a page, so that site owners can recognise these visits in their logs. It reads only pages that are open to everyone and makes a small number of requests per check.
Not by itself. The scores show how a page does against Google’s published marks or against our own guides, and each tool says which. They help you find and fix technical problems; they are not Google’s scores and not a ranking promise.
They are used to run the check and are not saved. A few tools pass the address to an outside service that does the measuring. About Seokla has the details.
One address, a few seconds, a report you can act on.
